What data we use

You do not need to sign up to use OpeningCraft, and the website collects no personal data. Your profile (rating, preferred colour, style and language) and your progress are stored only in your browser (local storage) and are never sent to any server.

To know how many visits the website gets we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits anonymously and in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.

If you write to us

If you email us at hello@openingcraft.com, we will use your address, the name shown and what you tell us only to reply to you and, if you send us an idea or report a bug, to improve the website. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by writing to us (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

To receive email we use Cloudflare, Inc., which forwards it, and Gmail, by Google LLC, where we read it. Both companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which allows data to be transferred to them with safeguards. We do not share your data with anyone else or use it to send you advertising.

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for one year at most. After that we delete them.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any server, it logs technical request data (such as the IP address) for security and operation, in accordance with its privacy policy.

Your rights

You can delete all the data the website stores on your device by clearing the site data in your browser. To exercise any right under the General Data Protection Regulation (access, rectification, erasure, objection…), write to hello@openingcraft.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
